N.V. Laytons Brut Reserve, Maison Burtin, Epernay, Champagne, France

Medium lemon colour, fine mousse. The nose has good richness and depth of toasty fruit, showing elements of lemon zest and brioche. The palate is refreshing yet also quite full, with a long and balanced finish developing nice yeasty notes. Grape Variety: 55% Pinot Meunier, 42% Pinot Noir, 3% Chardonnay

Bourgogne Blanc, 'La Tufera', Domaine Etienne Sauzet, Burgundy, France, 2018

Elegant, supple Bourgogne, round but bright. Gently forthcoming without being too much, lovely citrus, peach, white flower and mineral notes. Puligny-esque. Aged in barriques; two, three and four-year-old oak, and bottled in August. A wine that emanates from three parcels in the Puligny-Montrachet commune. Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Château Pindefleurs, St Emilion Grand Cru

Generous plum and cherry fruit, allied to a smoky, spicy note, hints of leather and tobacco and supple tannins.
Powerful yet delicate, deep yet refined, Château Pindefleurs can be enjoyed young, for the wine’s fresh, bright fruit, or cellared for a few years to reveal the length and elegance characteristic of the wines of Saint-Émilion.
Grape Variety: 90% Merlot 10% Cabernet Franc

Smith Woodhouse 10 Year Old Tawny Port

Full of plum, toffee and raisin aromas. Moderate body, but with great intensity of sweet red fruits and nutty caramel notes.

Royal Tokaji Late Harvest, Royal Tokaji Wine Company, Hungary (50CL) 2017

Pale gold colour with delicate citrus and spicy aromas. Light and refreshing on the palate with hints of white peach and honey. It has an excellent acid balance, a smooth, silky texture and a clean, long, crisp finish. Grape Variety: Fermint

N.V. Chardonnay Brut, Louis Changarnier, La Compagnie Vins d'Autrefois

An excellent all-rounder, with a refreshing, lively flavour and much finesse. Pure, fresh Chardonnay fruit with bubbles.

Napa Cellars Chardonnay, Napa Valley, California, USA

The Napa Cellars 2018 Chardonnay displays classic Napa Valley Chardonnay characteristics indicative of this region. Aromas of baked apple, ripe pear, caramel, hazelnut and lemon curd excite the senses. A soft mouthfeel supports flavours of green apple with orange zest and almond pastry balanced with late, crisp acidity pulling together this well balanced, full-bodied Chardonnay. Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Bourgogne Rouge, Domaine Borgeot, France, 2018

This Bourgogne rouge has a pronounced nose, dusty but fruity: cherry pie and dried strawberry. Perfume and forest floor. Medium tannins and acidity. Rhubarb and more dried fruit on the palate. Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Hunter’s Pinot Noir, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2017

Rich ripe plum, berry and subtle forest floor aromas marry together for a smooth medium bodied Pinot Noir. The palate shows persistent rich cherry/plum flavours and mild spicy oak making an enjoyable and easy drinking wine. Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
